Our approach to business is conservative. We work closely with you and listen carefully to what you are saying to insure your complete satisfaction by building the home of your dreams with attention to details and a commitment that your building expectations will be surpassed.

We begin our services by acquiring competitive bids for every detail of work on your new home to ensure the best value. Bids are then reviewed, comparisons made to maintain the cost and still give you the quality you deserve. It has been our observation that too often this area of the bidding process is inadequate. When all bids have been received for each area, we interview all subcontractors, even if we have used them previously, going over specifications that we write in addition to those that might come from the architect. Either Roland or Colleen are on site each day checking on the progress of work which allows us to eliminate many areas that could become potential problems as Mountain Air Builders is dedicated to having zero items of incompletion.

Colleen has spent years creating albums with hundreds of glossy photos to help you make decisions regarding cabinet designs, fireplace styles, types of trim, colors, tile layouts and much more. Since we believe that your home should be personal and unique to your lifestyle, she will be working with clients to design stained glass, fireplace doors and screens, railing, built-ins as needed, providing renderings of what they will look like for your approval. Colleen also oversees each job during the completion phase to ensure that all finishes are done to your satisfaction.

Upon completion of each home, we present you with a "Homeowners Manual" which has all the subcontractor’s information, warranties, formulas and appliance manuals. We also present you with a scrapbook of the building process from start to finish with hundreds of photos, which can be used for references along with a video for you to show your friends and family.

Our goal at Mountain Air Builders is to make your building experience one you will enjoy and remember. It is important to us that our clients are not only our customers but will be our friends at the completion of the job.
